In 1976 a brand new lawyer quickly learned that the part of law practice he enjoyed the most was the competition of preparing and trying jury trials.  With hard work and never ending learning, by 1986 this young lawyer was able to acquire the experience, references from judges and other already board certified expert lawyers, as well as the test scores needed, to qualify as board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  In 1989 John Francis also qualified as board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  40 years later, as the Senior Trial Lawyer of Cure & Francis, PA, John Francis has successfully tried over 175 jury trials to verdict.
