After graduating University of Maryland School of Law cum laude in 2012, Mr. Roche worked as an Associate for the reputable regional firm Eccleston and Wolf, PC. There he was a defense attorney for professionals and frequently the lawyer's lawyer. In late 2013, Mr. Roche switched to representing plaintiffs and never looked back. Mr. Roche is passionate about empowering individuals and helping them navigate our complex legal system.  In 2019, Mr. Roche co-founded the the law office of Ballenger & Roche: A Firm of Trial Lawyers. The firm was created to offer our clients better client experiences and better outcomes. The results speak for themselves. Ballenger & Roche is a growing law practice that is making itself known in the Baltimore area and beyond. Among other individual accolades, Mr. Roche has been selected as a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" each year 2017-2021 and is recognized as a top attorney under the age of 40. Mr. Roche is committed the community and currently resides with his family in the Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore City.
