I aggressively pursue cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse/neglect, product liability and wrongful death.  My practice is committed to helping those with serious injuries as a result of another's negligence.  I offer free case evaluations and only get paid if we win the case.    

I am admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio and California, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Sixth Circuit and Ninth Circuit.  I have represented clients in Multi-District Litigation in various federal courts throughout the country.
