John Brannon is a business restructuring specialist who is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification.  John helps financially distressed companies restructure their debt, both within and outside the bankruptcy arena, allowing the company to regain financial stability.  Over the past 26 years, he has prosecuted claims on behalf of, and/or defended claims against, bankruptcy trustees, court-appointed receivers, creditors’ committees, debtors, companies, financial institutions, individuals, vendors, suppliers, commercial landlords and tenants, personal injury creditors, working interest and royalty owners, and other landowners. He has assisted numerous companies in acquiring assets out of bankruptcy and in pursuing their claims against financially distressed or bankrupt entities, and has provided counsel on how to deal with such entities both prior to and after they become financially distressed.
