John T. Below is an attorney practicing in Bodman PLC's Troy offices.  He is an honors graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1993) and received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Oakland University (B.A. 1990). 

Mr. Below’s areas of expertise are state and federal litigation of employment law matters, including discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, non-compete litigation, traditional labor matters and administrative proceedings. Mr. Below also handles complex commercial and banking litigation in the areas of lender liability, bankruptcy, foreclosures, receiverships, contract disputes and fraud; as well as construction litigation and arbitration.
