Thank you for viewing my Lawyergist profile. 

A little bit about me and my firm:

I graduated in 1989 from the Creighton Univeristy School of law and started my own law firm from day one.  After a short while, I became very interested in bankruptcy law.  I love working with normal, everyday people and really enjoy helping them with financial problems.  There is no better feeling than seeing the stress, anxiety and depression be lifted from their faces!  

My undergraduate degree at Creighton was in Computer Science.  Yes, that's a bit unusual, but I definitely chose the right path....even though I didn't know it at the time.  Bankruptcy is one of those law fields that numbers really matter.  Even the simplest bankruptcy requires a lot of detail and attention to numbers.  And, computers and technology dramatically improve the end result for my clients.

The firm is now over 28 years old and we have 4 full time bankruptcy attorneys!  We've seen just about everything there is to see when it comes to debt, lawsuits, garnishments, foreclosures, and you name it.  We have tons of experience to help our current and future clients.

Most importantly, everyone here is very compasionate and non-judgmental.  Life happens.....so we must find solutions to fix the problems, not dwell on them.  Please check us out.  You won't be disappointed.
