Attorney Gosselin's practice counsels seniors with long term care concerns and requiring elder law advice, ranging from emergency assistance with mental health matters (including guardianship) to Medicaid applications and appeals.
In addition to probate administration and elder law, Attorney Gosselin also manages a very successful real estate practice. He has acted as counsel or closing agent in over twenty-five thousand real estate transactions and his firm regularly advises parties on purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, and financial and title disputes.
Attorney Gosselin lectures extensively on elder law. In addition to being called upon as a legal expert for such publications as Aging Well, The NRMLA Journal, The Boston Globe and others, Attorney Gosselin is part of the adjunct faculty at Suffolk University's Sawyer Graduate School of Management as a Professor of Finance. He offers in-service and continuing education courses to social workers and registered nurses.
