Mr. Fletcher holds degrees in economics from Clemson University (1980), and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law (1987). Mr. Fletcher is experienced in handling diverse matters and issues, which include such actions as Foreclosures, Claim and Delivery (Replevin), Federal and North Carolina Appeals, Civil litigation, (including defense of institutional clients in Truth-in-Lending, RESPA, and other consumer cases), and commercial litigation and representation of banks, mortgage lenders, vehicle and equipment lessors, and manufactured housing lenders. Mr. Fletcher has authored numerous unpublished manuscripts on bankruptcy, collections, and leasing, and has been a past speaker on varied topics involving creditors’ rights.
