Born Tupelo, Mississippi on April 22, 1960. Hometown is Martin Tn. Attended U.T. @ Martin and David Lipscomb University in completing pre-pharmacy curriculum. Graduated Samford Univ. Pharmacy School & Nash. School of Law. Current practice of law includes emphasis on serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, tractor-trailer negligence. Other areas of practice include criminal defense and domestic law. Boutique firm with individualized attention devoted to each client.
For well over 20 years, Peeler's practice has included litigation in East, West and Middle Tennessee as well as numerous states throughout the Southeast. Peeler has conducted criminal and civil jury trials in state and federal courts. Additionally, Peeler has litigated in the Court of Appeals in both state and federal levels.
Jon Peeler is a Past President of The Tennessee Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA) and Past Chairman of the Board for The Trial Lawyer's Political Action Committee (LIFT). Additionally, Peeler has previously served on the TTLA Board of Governors, Executive Committee, Treasurer and Vice-President. He has served on the Executive Committee of The Tennessee Judicial Conference, Political Treasurer for Davidson County Criminal Court Judge Monte Watkins. Peeler was previously appointed as Special Prosecutor in Davidson County, Tn.. Peeler has also provided testimony on Capitol Hill regarding legal matters before the Tennessee House of Representatives and Senate.
