Mr. Dickstein is a member of the Florida Bar and the California Bar and is licensed to practice in federal court in the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He began his courtroom legal practice as a Miami-Dade County Assistant State Attorney, reaching the level of prosecuting major felony crimes. From there, he proceeded to practice felony criminal defense, successfully defending thousands of DUI, Domestic Violence, Drug Offenses, White Collar Crimes, Sex Crimes, and Homicide cases.
