Jonathan practices primarily in the areas of real estate and business law, with a focus in real estate and commercial litigation. He advises clients in connection with real estate purchases, sales, financing, and operation, as well as property tax appeals, receiverships, foreclosures, evictions, and condominium and community association matters.

Jonathan assists clients with various business transactions and helps clients resolve their civil disputes that have arisen within a commercial context, involving a contractual or organizational dispute.

As busy as Jonathan is growing his own practice, he finds time to be involved with a number of local non-profits, both  as a volunteer and in a leadership role.  In 2011, Jonathan participated in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's 2011 Cincinnati Leadership Class. This prestigious Cincinnati Leadership Award is presented nationwide to a select group of individuals who have made significant contributions to their profession and community.

He also participated in the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's C-Change Leadership Program.
