Biography
Mr. Montag is a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, certified by the State Bar of CA Board of Legal Specialization and is currently a commissioner on the Immigration and Nationality Law Commission. He graduated the USD School of Law. He is a past San Diego Chapter chair of the American Immigration Lawyer Association. He has published widely and speaks frequently about immigration law. He was named one of California Lawyer Magazine’s attorneys of the year for 2005 and was named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2007-2009.
