Biography
Jonathan Nowlin focuses on health care corporate transactional matters and health care compliance issues. He advises clients on the formation and reorganization of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of corporate stock and assets, physician/hospital contracts, and joint ventures.
Jonathan graduated with honors from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Management. He earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was inducted into Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Tech Law Review.
