Jonathan D. Nye, managing partner, began practice in 1992. He is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois, and is a member of the trial bar of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois and has written and lectured. Member: American Bar Association, Family Law Section; Illinois State Bar Association; Chicago Bar Association. He practices extensively in the areas of Mental Health Law, Family Law, Guardianship, Small Business, and General Litigation. Mr. Nye has lectured to Judges and Hearing officers, Legal and Mental Health agencies, associations, and human services practices on subjects related to legal issues Mental Health, Human Services, and Family Law.
