Jonathan "Jonny" Jemming is a Salt Lake City based Utah trial and appellate lawyer.  Jonny practices law throughout the State of Utah and is also admitted in the State of Alaska.

Jonny is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Utah and has handled all types of cases, from felony drug crimes to environmental justice matters in the Inupiat-led Alaskan Arctic.   Jonny has also served more than two years as a public defender with the Salt Lake Legal Defender's Association handling a range of violent and non-violent offenses.

Jonny practices regularly in justice and District Courts from Logan to Moab, Utah.  His environmental practice is primarily in the Federal Courts.
