Mr. Matthews practices in the areas of product liability, real estate, contract, intellectual property, construction litigation and business torts.  Mr. Matthews has experience in all phases of litigation including intake, discovery, pre-trial motion practice, trial and appeals.  In 2008, Mr. Matthews served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and was responsible for reviewing party submitted briefs and preparing proposed memorandum opinions.  From 2005-2007, Mr. Matthews received an appointment to serve in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where he executed the Administration's environmental policies and initiatives.
