Biography

I represent employees, particularly executives and professionals, in employment disputes concerning employment contracts, executive compensation, whistleblowing, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and employee benefits. I also have siginificant expertise in retaliation cases under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and cases under the Qui Tam (False Claims) Act.

I counsel current employees, negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements, and mediate, arbitrate and litigate employment claims. I pride myself on being practical, thorough, creative, diligent and client-centered.
