I was born and raised in rural Etowah County, Alabama. Upon graduation from High School, I attended the University of North Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1998. I then worked my way through law school at the Birmingham School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2002.

I practiced in law firms in the Birmingham area for almost ten years, deciding to go back to my rural roots in 2012, joining forces with Mr. Billy Church, forming the firm of Church Brogdon, PC.

I feel that my background in business litigation, general civil litigation, and insurance defense uniquely positions me to offer my clients a broad based approach to their particular legal issues.

Although my primary focus is on representing those injured in accidents, I also enjoy representing businesses and individuals involved in general civil litigation.
