With over 25 years of experience, Jonathan Bailey has built an impressive reputation in auto injury law, having handled cases from multiple perspectives.

Mr. Bailey served as a Judge of the 431st District Court in Denton County for a decade, presiding over thousands of personal injury cases. He also worked at a defense firm, gaining insight into how insurance companies operate. At a boutique personal injury firm, his exceptional client representation led to numerous referrals. He also spent several years as an Assistant District Attorney in Denton and Dallas counties, personally handling over 100 jury trials.

Mr. Bailey holds a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
