Born and raised in Winnsboro, South Carolina, Jonathan attended Fairfield County public schools.  After high school Jonathan attended Francis Marion University where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order.  Jonathan went to law school at the Charleston School of Law where he was elected to the Student Bar Association Senate.  After law school Jonathan prosecuted Driving Under the Influence cases for the Town of Irmo, South Carolina while also maintaining a general law practice including criminal, civil, and domestic litigation.  In 2011 Jonathan moved his practice, and his family, back home to Winnsboro.  Jonathan served as Sixth Circuit Representative for the Young Lawyers Division.  Since September 2012, Jonathan has served as a Municipal Judge for the Town of Winnsboro.  Jonathan has had a general practice law firm in Winnsboro since 2011.  His practice areas include DUI defense, criminal defense, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation, family law, civil litigation, traffic tickets, and more.
