Jon grew up in Portland, Oregon before attending Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Jon Pitcher is a member of the firm’s business law practice group and he advises clients in Oklahoma and Texas on corporate and transactional matters. His practice emphasizes commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, oil & gas, private equity transactions and joint ventures.

Jon is experienced in advising clients in banking and finance matters relating to secured loan and hedging transactions, as well as resolving business disputes, and negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.

Jon previously practiced with Baker Botts LLP in Dallas, Texas and Commercial Law Group P.C. in Oklahoma City, OK.

Jon lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Kelly and his three children, ages 7-12.
