I am a founding member of the Rockville, Maryland law firm of Bromberg Rosenthal LLC.   Our's is a full service law firm and my practice emphasizes corporate law, real estate law/settlements, Estate Planning/Probate, and Social Security Disability.

I received my undergraduate and graduate training at the SUNY Stony Brook receiving a B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Urban and Policy Sciences.  I received my legal training at the Washington College of Law of American University in Washington, D.C. and received a J.D. in 1979.  Before entering private practice in 1981, I was an attorney in the Bureau of Consumer Protection of the Federal Trade Commission.  I am a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars.

I have served as a Panel Chair hearing cases brought before the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities; I have served as a panel Chair for many health claims arbitration cases; I have served on the MSBA Law Practice Management Section Council and on the MSBA's Technology Task Force as well as the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Technology Committee; I am a current Member and former Chair of the MSBA's Solo and Small Firm Practice Section Council.
