Mr. Brandt is an associate with Anderson, Klein, Brewster & Brandt. His  practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals, personal injury, criminal defense,  and domestic relations.  Mr. Brandt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, focusing on Political Science and Philosophy. In 2007, He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln focusing on litigation. During law school, Mr. Brandt served as a law clerk for the Nebraska Solicitor General and a law clerk in the civil appellate division of the Office of the Nebraska Attorney General. Mr. Brandt is a member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and currently serves as President of the Phelps County Bar Association. Mr. Brandt practices from the Kearney, Holdrege and Minden offices.
