I am the managing partner of Cutt Kendell & Olson.  I have exclusively represented injury victims for my entire career.  My practice includes all areas of personal injury with an emphasis on defective products, trucking accidents, premises liability, brain and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death.

I have helped my clients recover millions of dollars through settlement, arbitration, and trial.  I have worked on cases in many different states, and I have tried cases in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.  I have written and/or argued appeals to the Utah Supreme Court, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from law school in 2005. I was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2009, Utah’s Legal Elite “Up & Comers” in 2011 by Utah Business Magazine, and one of “Utah’s Outstanding Young Lawyers” in 2012 by Salt Lake Magazine. I have been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2014, I have been named in US News’ “Best Lawyers in America” since 2019, and I was recently recognized by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year for 2023 in Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiff - in the Salt Lake City region.

I previously served as a volunteer member on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Utah and am currently on the Board of Governors of the Utah Association of Justice.
