Biography
Jordan M. Griffin has been a member of the North Carolina State Bar since 2014, and has been a Board Certified Family Law Specialist since 2019. She was born and raised in Union County, North Carolina and has worked in Family Law in various capacities since May of 2011. Jordan graduated from Piedmont High School in 2008. She attended Appalachian State University where she majored in Political Science, minored in English and graduated in 2011, Cum Laude. While at Appalachian, Jordan was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. Jordan graduated from Law School in 2014, Cum Laude, where she was a member of Moot Court, an editor of the school's Property Law Journal, and a member of Order of the Crown, the school's academic honors society. At a National Family Law Moot Court Competition, Jordan was awarded First Place Oral Advocate. Jordan is passionate about the Union County community; she is President of the Board of Directors for Core Compassion Project, served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Union County Community Shelter, a co-chair of the Union County Community Shelter's Boots and Bowties annual fundraiser, has served as a member of the Red Cross Rhapsody in Red Committee, and on the Alex Kahle Memorial Scholarship committee, and has served on the Board of the Union County Bar Association. Jordan is passionate about Family Law and her clients; she makes communication a priority, and always works to seure the best possible outcomes for her clients during the transitions that life can bring.
