Jorden gained experience in business negotiation working on international projects for IKEA, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club and various suppliers. He has practical business knowledge in logistics, inventory software, product development, sourcing, sales, and marketing.  Having studied law in Barbados, Ireland and in the United States, these experiences have influenced his ability to understand people with diverse views and objectives. Jorden's areas include Employment Law, Traffic, Personal Injury and commercial contract disputes. 

Professional Activities

He is a member of the Missouri Bar, Kansas City Metro Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the Kansas Bar Association. 

 Mr. Ryan  is on the Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17 list of Dispute Resolution Neutrals under the categories of General, Civil and Domestic. He volunteers to provide mediation services through the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri Small Claims Court.  Mr. Ryan is also an approved mediator pursuant to the program established by the Kansas Supreme Court’s Office of Judicial Administration for Core, Domestic and Civil.
