Jorge L. Hernandez has practiced workers compensation and civil law since his admission to the bar in 1993. In 2007, after many years as a partner in a larger firm, he established his own firm, Hernandez, Torres & Biggiani.  His firm’s goal is to provide each client with the highest level of service while maintaining a personalize relationship with each individual client. 
Mr. Hernandez has personally represented thousands of injured clients before the Division of Workers’ Compensation and has secured millions of dollars in awards and settlements.   

Mr. Hernandez is compassionate about all people but has a lot of empathy for the continued struggles of the working class Latinos.
