Josef B. Hess is an attorney in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and thereafter received his Juris Doctor degree at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned Dean’s List Honors and Pro Bono Honors.
