Joseph MacHatton is an Associate Attorney at the firm of Murray & McCarthy Law in Denver, Colorado.  He practices litigation in the areas of business, real estate, and criminal defense. After receiving his undergraduate degree in accounting from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, Mr. MacHatton received his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Mr. MacHatton focuses his practice on litigation. His trial experience includes federal, state, district court, county court, and municipal court levels.

Prior to joining Murray and McCarthy Law, Mr. MacHatton was the Lead Public Defender for the City of Westminster Municipal Court while working as an Associate Attorney at Flesch and Beck Law. Mr. MacHatton also worked as an Associate Attorney at Charles H. Torres, P.C., practicing business litigation; medical malpractice; criminal defense, including white collar crime; landlord-tenant disputes; and personal injury.
