J. Anthony Concino III joined Tobin O'Connor Concino, P.C., in August 2022, as an associate attorney. Anthony had previously been working part time for Tobin O’Connor Concino, P.C. as a Law Clerk, dating back to 2019. Anthony is the youngest cousin of the firm’s named Partner Jennifer C. Concino.

Anthony received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a minor in Information Sciences and Technology. In May 2022, Anthony received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a two-year staff editor on the school’s Law Forum Journal and a student attorney at the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.

Anthony is currently admitted to practice in the State of Maryland (2022), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (2023) and the District of Columbia (2023).
