The majority of Grant’s practice focuses on personal injury, family law, and business disputes at the State Court level, although he is also experienced in the North Carolina Court of Appeals and in Federal Court.  Since beginning his practice in 2011, Grant has consistently taken personal injury cases from the initial attorney-client consultation to a jury verdict or arbitration award.  He has also tried dozens of family law disputes involving issues such as child custody, child support, property distribution, alimony, and domestic violence.  He is admitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District and Eastern District of North Carolina.
