Mr. Indusi is the choice trial counsel on all criminal and civil cases. He has represented clients in various courtrooms throughout New York and New Jersey in various administrative, civil and criminal proceedings. Mr. Indusi has handled approximately 5,000 cases, bringing roughly thirty cases to trial before juries and judges. Mr. Indusi has tried nearly a dozen jury trials involving allegations of attempted murder, drugs, sexual assault, and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and won acquittals on all criminal counts. Mr. Indusi has likewise handled many civil (family law, civil rights, personal injury, bankruptcy) and transcational (real estate, business matters) matters, obtaining favorable results for his clients.

Mr. Indusi spent his post law school years working for Brooklyn Defender Service where he honed his litigation and trial skills and then in private practice. Mr. Indusi is also the Chairman of the Board for the Louis Segreto 26 Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation that raises money and awareness for the devastating disease leukemia. Mr. Indusi is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey and the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Indusi is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State as well.
