I focus my practice primarily on medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, and other serious injury litigation. At Napoli Shkolnik, PLLC, I am the partner who manages our Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Departments.

I have achieved millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of my clients. Since beginning my career, I have focused mainly on the highly specialized field of medical malpractice litigation. I also play a large role in Napoli Shkolnik's presence in the opioid litigation. I am handling the representation of  governmental entities against the manufacturers and distributors of opioid pain medications. I am presently handling the representation of hundreds of counties, cities, and other govermental entities in this litigation.
