A Colorado native, Joe has lived in the Denver area most of his life and has developed a large social and professional network.  Joe  balances family, business, public service and recreation. He believes in health- in mind, body and spirit. He enjoys snowboarding, long-boarding, traveling with his family, and perfecting his spaghetti sauce for his annual family spaghetti sauce contest.

The bulk of his practice is family and personal injury; however, with 30 years of legal experience,  he has litigated cases in the following areas:  bankruptcy, collection, contract, criminal, domestic, general commercial, insurance bad faith, personal injury, securities, landlord/tenant, civil defense and estate litigation.  He has successfully argued appellate cases before the Colorado Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
