Joseph M. Lucosky has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes extensive experience in negotiated mergers and acquisitions (public and private); domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions; the representation of underwiters, placement agents, private investment funds and business owners in connection with a variety of business and finance transactions; securities offerings and other general corporate related matters. Mr. Lucosky also serves as a personal advisor to many executive officers and directors for both public and private companies, in addition to counseling institutional and individual investors, consultants and others involved in the corprate finance arena. He has counseled diverse clients on significant transactional matters across a number of practice areas and industry sectors.
