Joseph P. Discepola focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including auto-accidents, premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, negligent security, excessive use of force, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. Joseph graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and CPA Accounting.  After receiving his undergraduate degree, Mr. Discepola worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. in Manhattan. After working on Wall Street for two years, Joseph went on to pursue a joint degree (JD/MBA) from the University of Miami and graduated in 2009.

Joseph has focused his legal career exclusively on personal injury matters since graduating from law school.  He has handled several high profile cases where he was able to help his clients obtain multi-million dollar recoveries.  He obtained valuable experience at several premier personal injury firms in South Flordia before starting his own personal injury firm, JPD Injury Law, PLLC, in downtown Fort Lauderdale.  Joseph primarily prosecutes cases the tri-county area of South Florida, but is capable of handling throughout the state of Florida.
