Joseph Perl is an attorney admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and New York and in the federal court for the District of Massachusetts and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has worked extensively on cases involving debtor and creditor disputes, judgment enforcement matters, and general civil litigation. Mr. Perl enjoys advising clients and helping them come up with the best strategy to deal with their legal issue at hand.

In 2010, Mr. Perl earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While a student, he focused his studies on commercial law and insurance law, and wrote a research paper entitled “Wings of Exchange”: Our Past and Future Laws of Money. 

He is proficient in Spanish and Armenian.
