I am the managing attorney of my own legal practice, and am honored to represent clients from every walk of life in the areas of immigration, fisheries, estate planning, business, criminal, and adoption law. As a fluent and literate Chinese speaker, and a former clerk at the Federal Circuit, I am delighted to be able to provide expert legal services to the underrepresented Chinese community of the DC metro area, of which my wife and parents-in-law are part.

In addition to my comprehensive legal practice and experience in and passion for so many areas of law, I am also an avid enthusiast of history and foreign languages, and a dedicated outdoorsman.  When I am not practicing law or spending time with my daughter, my wife and I are fishing, particularly in the high mountains of Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Utah after the rarest and most beautiful fish in the world: the Golden Trout.
