Joseph R. Donahue focuses his practice on criminal defense in New Jersey State, Federal, and Municipal courts; Domestic Violence Restraining Orders (TROs/FROs) in Bergen County and Northern New Jersey; DUI/DWI defense in Bergen County and Northern New Jersey; and general litigation in New Jersey State, Federal and Municipal courts.  He has extensive trial experience and has argued before New Jersey's Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  

Mr. Donahue is a former prosecutor who has handled a wide range of complex cases involving public corruption, violent crimes, drugs, and many other serious offenses; DUI/DWI defense throughout Bergen County and Northern New Jersey and general litigation (representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants) throughout New Jersey.
