I am a plaintiff's lawyer and my practice centers on two areas.

One is injury litigation, where I represent people who are the victims of medical malpractice, hospital staff negligence, dangerous products, and nursing home abuse. I also represent victims of attorney malpractice, as well as whistleblowers whose employers have unlawfully retaliated against them.

The second is commercial litigation, where I represent businesess and individuals who have suffered financial injury due to the wrongdoing of another person or company. This includes claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, sharheolder disputes, trade libel, and interference with business expectancies.
