Shane represents clients all over Georgia and is one of the most experienced civil trial lawyers in South Georgia. Shane represents catastrophically injured victims and the families of those who have been injured by the negligence of others. Shane's passion is for representing the catastrophically injured and their families. That passion likely originated when Shane and members of his family were catastrophically injured in a car wreck when he was young. Driven by his desire to help the injured, Shane has developed a thriving personal injury practice that has resulted in the recovery of millions for the injured and their families.

 Shane’s practice is almost 100% devoted to litigation and includes automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, daycare abuse, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and product liability. Shane has tried a number of cases to verdict and has represented clients in numerous Georgia Counties, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and Georgia Federal Courts.

Shane attended the University of Georgia, School of Law, receiving his J.D. cum laude in 2005. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 2002. He and his wife Whitney are members of First United Methodist Church in Tifton, Georgia. Shane and Whitney have a son (Miles) and daughter (Hadley).
