Biography

Joshua Newton was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Joshua acted as in-house counsel for the Ashland County Department of Job and Family Services, where he advised the children services, child support, human resources, and medicaid divisions. In 2016 and 2017, Joshua operated a private practice, where he took mostly family law and estate planning cases. From 2017 to 2023, Joshua was employed as an attorney for Wayne County, first with the Prosecutor's Office and later with the Probate and Juvenile Court. Joshua then joined the Hoffee Law Firm in 2023.
