Biography
Joshua Pepper began his career with the prestigious law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. After seven years there, he became an Assistant Attorney General, where he represented state agencies in numerous high-profile policy cases, as well as numerous civil-rights and discrimination cases. From there he advanced to become the Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel of the State Office of Mental Health.
