Josh Johnson's practice is primarily focused on construction law. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers in litigation and in all phases of residential and commercial construction projects. He has represented individuals, corporations, and governmental entities in a wide variety of federal and state court litigation and in administrative proceedings. Josh is the former President of the Roanoke Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the former Chairman of the Construction and Public Contracts Section of the Virginia Bar Association, the former Chairman of the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and he currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar's Construction Law and Public Contracts Section.
