Joshua Evans is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee. His practice is exclusively Immigration Law including both family and employment-based adjustment of status, employment-based status types (O-1, P-1, P-3, H-1B, L-1, and TN), and naturalization. 

He graduated cum laude from Belmont College of law in 2018. While at Belmont, he served as Notes Editor and Articles Editor for the Law Review and competed in the Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition held annually by Emory Law. He received Best Performance Awards in Property Law and Contract Law. 

Before law school, he graduated cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with minors in Physics and Mathematics.
