Licensed to practice in California, Texas, and Washington, Attorney Joshua Klugman brings over 15 years of experience representing both employees and employers in various legal matters. His extensive background includes advocacy in state and federal agencies such as the DFEH and EEOC, enabling him to effectively navigate complex employment issues.

Graduating cum laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, Joshua was actively involved in multiple student organizations, enriching his legal education. His studies took him around the globe, including a transformative experience in India, where he explored the caste system and international human rights. This journey deepened his appreciation for Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act.
