Joshua L. Brothers is an attorney with a longstanding commitment to disability and elder law. A partner at Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S. for over ten years, he focuses on litigation and settlement planning, special needs trusts, estate planning, guardianship, probate, and public benefits advocacy. His practice reflects a deep commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
Josh serves on several community and legal organization boards, including the Brain Injury Alliance of Washington and the Washington State Association for Justice CLE Committee. His previous roles include President of the Arc of King County Board and CLE Co-Chair for the King County Bar Association's Guardianship and Elder Law Section. He also contributes to the Arc of Washington State and the Autism Society of Washington’s Professional Advisory Board.

Outside the office, he enjoys surfing, skiing, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dogs.
