Jovita Wysocka Ahava practices estate planning, probate, probate litigation, and personal injury law throughout Florida. Ms. Ahava has 25 years of experience handling a variety of civil and litigation matters. Her greatest success and personal satisfaction as an attorney stem from helping clients and their families with planning and preserving their legacies and putting their lives back together following a serious accident.

Jovita is also passionate about giving back to the community. For more than 10 years, she has served on the board of Community Law Program. She also currently serves on the board of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (PFAWL) as Public Relations and Community Impact Director. Additionally, as a fluent Polish speaker, Jovita is active in a variety of Polish organizations and communities in Florida, including serving as Vice President of the Polish American Society of St. Petersburg.
