Mr. Maldonado is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Texas, is admitted to practice in the United States Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and has been admitted to practice Pro Hac Vice on numerous cases in various states across the Country. He is a member of the American Bar Association; State Bar of Texas, The Litigation Section; Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section; Labor and Employment Law Section; Texas A&M Century Club, and is an active contributor to public education in Brazos County, Texas.

Mr. Maldonado has also been honored numerous times by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys as one of the "10 Best Personal Injury Attorneys in Texas for Client Service Satisfaction".

Finally, Mr. Maldonado has been been selected to be honored in the 2021 edition of Rising Stars, annually curated by Super Lawyers®, receiving recognition in the category of Personal Injury. Rising Stars showcases early career attorneys aged 40 or younger or who are still in the first 10 years of their legal practices.
