Judith L. Bomster, Esquire is a partner of Butenhof & Bomster, PC, practicing in the areas of trusts, estate planning, special needs planning, and elder law with an emphasis on tailoring estate plans and public benefits eligibility to ensure long-term financial security for clients and their families. 

She is an affiliate member and serves on the publication committee of the Special Needs Alliance (SNA), a national, invitation-only network of lawyers dedicated to Disability and Public Benefits Law. Additionally, she is a member and former chair and vice-chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Ethics Committee. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
